Hello,
I had a quite nasty bug earlier in the week, a headache for a couple of days, followed by an afternoon of sore throat, shivering and vomiting that evening. All fine now, though back, I assume around my ribs, is so painful when I laugh and cough. Is this normal? I was fairly violently sick about 5 times within an hour and I know the body is under a lot of stress when we vomit but as I am never usually sick, I haven't experienced this before.
Has anyone else had this? I am going to work from home tomorrow and take it easy over the weekend to try to heal but my god, the pain!
