Initially thought about posting in beauty but increasingly think it’s a health issue, so any advice or thoughts much appreciated!
For the past year or so, I seem to have a constant problem with my nose! It feels stuffy and itchy and the area under my nostrils is red and often dry, no matter what I put on it. It also seems that ‘bogeys’ (sorry!) are appearing much more frequently.
I never used to suffer with this and it’s beginning to get me down and affect my confidence. I can see people notice. I don’t think it’s hayfever as it’s a year round thing. I don’t have any allergies as far as I know…
I did read that hormonal changes in peri menopause can cause nasal congestion. I am late 40s and on hrt and none of my friends seem to suffer from this, so not sure.
has anyone experienced similar, and what helped? Thank you!
