Cramps, nausea, dizziness AFTER period

Hey just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar/ can offer advice.
I had my LB 9months ago via emergency c section, we had IVF due to unexplained infertility and it worked 1st time so very blessed.
Periods seemed to normalise again when LB was about 4 months old, have had 28/29 day cycles. This month past it came on day 23 and ever since it has left (about a week ago) I've had cramps, dizziness on and off and some nausea. I haven't done a pregnancy test as I don't think I was having implantation bleeding as period lasted about 3 days and was quite heavy, not as heavy as normal buy still heavy enough to use a tampon and I read implantation bleeding is usually light?!
Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar?!
Also randomly my hips/pelvis have also felt quite achey?!

This is me right now 😲 I had a 2 day bleed Monday and Tuesday just gone, regular flow, started off pink, then brown spotting into about 24 hours of regular red flow... ever since then I've had headaches and nausea. I'm not a sicky person either, it's rare like extremely rare I feel sick but this has knocked me 🤢

Any update for yourself as to what it was or might have been?

Sorry I'm awful at replying to things/checking replies so I'm only seeing these now! I had forgotten about this tbh and I'm going to say not pregnant... but need to check my app because I can't remember when last period was now I'm thinking about tbis and typing lol! Cycle day 22 today it says so doubtful pregnant!
