My DS (3.4) is finally having his tonsils+adenoids out on Tuesday (after so many cancellations). I remember reading on here that someone rcommended arnica tabs to reduce szwelling and bruising. Anyone know if this is ok for little ones in this situation? Any tips on the op also appreciated.
