Is it sore/ itchy? Could she have brushed against a stinging nettle?

No definitely not been near a nettle.

I do have more information that I was withholding! Daughter has sore areas on her hands and has been diagnosed with dermatitis. Hands have been clear for a while but is left with these bumps, I’m worried it could be an allergy.

Do u have a cat? Cause looks like cat allergy thing tho usually get it on elbows

No I don’t, we do have a smaller pet though that she hardly touches. Will mention to doctor, thanks
