Low white blood cells, low neutrophils and low lymphocytes

So for the last few months I have been picking up infections and bugs so easily and been in a constant run down state. Went GP when I was having spikes in temperature and painful joint aches, they took bloods. Following week I was back at GP for a severe tonsillitis, got antibiotics but while there they revealed my bloods from the week before showed a white blood count of 1.6, neutrophils of 0.9 and lymphocytes of 0.3.

Sent to hospital who retested and white blood cell count was apparently normal, I did question if it would appear normal because I had a really bad infection if it started low and would have expected it to be high 🤔 But was told to retest with GP and sent away with strong antibiotics, took antibiotics and improved until the final 2 days where I developed a sore throat again, and lost my voice, which then developed into a bad cough earlier this week- and now I'm full of cold.

I am due to have bloods re-taken in a week or two

But if anyone has a similar experience I'd appreciate hearing about it, Thanks

Mine went really low when I had pneumonia
I was diagnosed about 7 years later with autoimmune neutropenia but it's really really rare in adults. My neutrophils are usually around 0.2/0.3

Yes exh but he has a type blood cancer and is on chemotherapy tablets and has been for years. Only now are his white blood cells and neutrophils being hammered so they are lowering his chemotherapy dose and scanning his spleen
