In March 2023 I had an episode of around a week where my legs from knee down felt cold and slightly numb, this eased if I elevated them. They also felt really achy especially when walking or going uphill /stairs. I had maybe 2 further episodes of this (worse in hot weather) before going to the Dr in September who examined my legs and feet, couldn't find anything wrong and sent me for a 24 hour ECG which was fine. I didn't have it for ages but now it's back again and I'm finding it quite debilitating. I can't kneel down for long because my legs ache like mad and walking can be difficult. Wondering if I should be more concerned about this and push for further investigation - has anyone had similar? I'm 35 for context, not remotely overweight or a smoker and no other health conditions.
