My ds (4.5)ears are swollen and have raised white bumps- they itch and are quite red- all around the rim. It started on saturday and we originally thought it was sun burn as his dad and him were playing out all morning in the sun- bending over in a sand pit. Trouble is its now nearly a week and it doesnt seem to be going- it gets less itchy at times and the redness goes but the lumpiness stays- I cant get an appointment at the doctors until Monday. Any ideas about what it is and what to do to get rid of it. i wonder now if its an allergic reaction, but he's fine in himself and there no other symptoms
