New black spot on skin

Hi everyone ,
I have noticed two new black spots - one on stomach, one on leg. Stomach pics attached. They’re tiny but very black. They aren’t on moles, although I have many
moles and freckles. can’t get a gp appt til 19 July. I’m 42 and most likely perimenopausal, if that’s relevant. I don’t get sun on my stomach ever - I wear a swimsuit. I also have loads of what I think are petechiae - started noticing them 2 years ago. Loads of tiny red pinprick flat things on my body. Don’t know if that’s relevant. I would love to know if anyone recognises these / has had similar. Looking some reassurance!

I have lots of cherry angiomas, sometimes they bleed a bit under the skin and when the blood dries up they can look almost black. The first picture looks very similar to that, so I would say it’s probably nothing to worry about and they might well disappear again within a few days.
