Swallowing issue / pain after endoscopy

Had an ultrasound endoscopy yesterday and obviously had a sore throat after with a feeling of a lump and pain when swallowing .
My concern is it's getting worse. I'm now unable to swallow food without a lot of pain.
My neck is sore to touch.
Anyone experienced this
Will phone GP in am if still the same

Went to pharmacy and gave me sore throat spray which hasn't helped much .
Considering out of hrs gp tomorrow as this is awful.

I don't recall having a sore throat after endoscopy and certainly didn't have any throat or neck pain.

If you're still finding it difficult to swallow, perhaps get advice from 111.
