Nausea and excessive saliva

Hi. I currently came back from a holidays abroad and since then as soon as I got off the plane I felt a little nauseous. It’s been a week and the nausea is on and off but I’ve been having excessive saliva which I usually only get when pregnant. It’s not as bad but it’s there. I’m EBF and haven’t had period yet. No chance of pregnancy as I already did a test too negative. I had a little bit of sore throat. I have been to the doctors but no help just said to allow myself a week to see if anything changes.

have you done a COVID test? I've got it at the moment and those are some of the symptoms I have.
