Epigastric pain

While I wait for a scan, does anyone know what this might be?
I already know I have gallstones confirmed by scan 2 years ago but I've never had an 'attack' and so far just managed the grumbling by being careful with my diet, although I can generally eat anything.
Over past few days, I've had a dull epigastric pain, usually 2 hours after eating. Pain level is a 3-4/10 and it goes after 1 hour. This morning I had lighter/more yellow coloured stools (well formed). Now I'm worried about my pancreas but recent bloods (and very thorough bloods) came back normal. Gp thinks possible ulcer due to location of pain.
Can uncomplicated gallstones cause this pain? I'm going away for the night tomorrow with hubby and no kids. I was so looking forward to it but now my crazy health anxiety is ruining it and making me think its really serious and that I won't enjoy my trip due to the grumbling/pain...

Hi there.

I'm just replying to say that those are not the symptoms I had with my gall bladder - I had 'full on' agonising attacks. People differ, though, so it could be others do. Hopefully somebody else will reply.

I do hope you soon feel better Flowers
