I usually react badly to bites (lots of swelling and redness). In the garden just now a Horse Fly bit my bottom lip. It is red and itchy no swelling yet though. What do I do? I’ve taken anti histamines and ibuprofen ready and smothered on a bug bite cream. I’m worried if I swell as much as I usually do I’m not going to be able to breathe properly.
