Does anyone else get these experiences... So it happened today when I joined a meeting and was asked to talk and it felt like I wasn't "there" like I was outside my body and I was like oh no, not now I need to be able to concentrate! And it was so weird. It also happened in my wedding day, like I wasn't there.

Does anyone else get these experiences and what the heck is it about?

Sounds like dissociation, depersonalisation & derealisation brought on by stress. I experience it due to childhood trauma, try grounding techniques & mindfulness to gently bring you out of it https://www.calm.com/blog/how-to-stop-dissociating - look on youtube for free square breathing exercises, meditations or somatic exercises like the basic to quickly reset & calm your nervous system.

Obviously go to see your GP to rule out anything else.
