Homeopathic remedy for PMT

Can anyone reccomend a homeopathic remedy for PMT. DD is four months old now and my periods are starting - joy! I suffered quite badly with PMT, i take a multivitamin and oil of evening primrose supplement, which helps. However, i wondered if anyone could suggest anything else to help me.

I found that taking fish oils helped more the primrose oil. Jan de Vries does a flower remedy, Female Essence. You put drops in water and sip it during the day. It really helped me. But sometimes I did drink it from the bottle

Isn't sepia supposed to be good for pmt?

Also, what sort of symptoms do you get? Anger? Weepiness? Might be good to look at the symptoms themselves in isolation, not just pmt as a whole....
