I have one coming up and need to go to bed 2 hours later and wake up two hours earlier. The going to bed late thing will be fine but I need to get up at 4.30am and not watch tv or read or it’ll send me back off. I will need to leave about 7.45am for the appt as it’s not at a local hospital (vagaries if the nhs).
Afterwards I was going to go straight to work, I can cope on 4 hours’ sleep but will I not be up for working if I’ve been sleeping through an eeg and had sticky electrodes on my head ? I’ll take a brush and product with me 😆 my manager is pretty flexible but she’ll need to know in advance if I’m in (as she’ll have to go in as we are hybrid).
