What do you think of this mole?

Hi, just wondering if this is what would be classed as suspicious. My surgery is currently not accepting any general appointments due to being severely understaffed and only taking emergencies.

This mole is on my chest which is an area that has been burned many many times. Used to be even and completely flat, but now I can feel it and it has little speckles within it even though the border is fairly round.
Hopefully can get it checked soon but just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on it. Thanks.

I would get that checked. Especially as you have a history of sunburn. My surgery offers e- consults and you can post a photo. You get a phone call back, usually the next day.

It could be a sebhorric keratosis. I have quite a few and recently got my moles checked at a clinic which only does skin cancer checking. None required any further checking with a consultant.

By all means get it checked as I am not a doctor but the mottling is consistent with SK.

I went to the GP a few weeks back to show them a red mark on my breast and a mole on my back. 4 days later, I was seeing a skin cancer specialist dermatologist who checked those and a few more out for me. All okay-ed in a few mins and told to come back if any changes/any more. Said it's always worth getting them checked!
