Feels like diarrhoea but not much coming out

Sorry in advance for tmi. For the last two and a half hours I've had had stomach pains, it feels like diarrhoea but when I go to the toilet only bits are coming out. I'm in a bit of a state now I've constantly got that feeling where you're desperate to go. Anyone know what this could be, I'm worried it could be a blockage.

When did you last go, are you a bit constipated and its a bit of overflow,

I should have said earlier, my poo's for a few months now have been really thin I thought maybe it's because they are really soft but now I think it could be a blockage that has completely closed up. I know I should see a GP but I'm scared, my mum died of cancer a couple of years ago, I've just been burying my head in the sand.

Please see your GP if you are worried. It's likely you are very constipated and that's just overflow round the sides. Your GP will probably prescribe Laxido or similar.Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water.
