My god…. For the last few weeks I’ve been feeling very queasy . It comes and goes , right now I feel like I need to throw up. I’ve had blood tests done and they came back fine and nothing else is being done apart from a scan of my stomach and pelvis because of recurring pain and also waiting a colonoscopy
but when I mention feeling sick everyday they just seem to give me anti sickness and nothing ever gets investigated. I’m not pregnant (took loads of tests cause it’s how I felt when pregnant with dd) 🤣
anyone else ?

Ohh okay I didn’t know that ! That’s crazy . It really is ! I’ve just been told to go to a&e if my pain gets worse , a&e is just as bad as always there hours and doctors are always so dismissive

I actually went to the walk in from advice on here when I had my embolism! Do honestly go in to your nearest walk in rather than A&E though - you'll be seen far quicker for starters. The guy I saw after 2hrs wait (was 18hrs at A&E and they sent me home with the PE!) diagnosed it as a PE and was very efficient. I think the walk in's are woefully under used.

would a walk in be like an out of hours doctor ? If not then I wouldn’t have a walk in here! Out of hour doctors don’t have the equipment to do tests so can only do vital checks and send u to a&e🥲

Ours is in a minor injuries unit at the hospital. He did a d-dimer and printed everything off for me to take as proof but couldn't do a CT or Xray so sent me to the next hospital A&E, where they massively dropped the ball after making me wait 18hrs and sent me back home. I'm in a bad area though and it's on a national blacklist for improvement (isn't everywhere?!).

I have fairly low level nausea regularly. It improves when I eat anything.Have had various tests and take Omazeprole.
It helps a bit.
