Anyone have any experiance of Low Specific Antibodies in a three year old

DS1 has a really poorly chest and last time we were at the consultants he had some blood taken for tests and his specific antibobies have come back low, so he needs boosters of tetnus, hib and a full cource of three pneumo vacines (2 months apart). His IEg levels also came back slighly elevated (which means he may have an alergic reaction), but could also just be normal for him.

It has been suggested that we top up his boosters and also consider a three month trial of inhauled steriods (previously did this at 1 year old with no improvement)

Anyway I am worried about giving him more imunisations, but also worried that his attacks are getting worse, as he gets older and also not responding as well to the ventolynn. I am so torn. He has tried Montelucast (mad him have really bad nightmares and other side effects), Nebs riase his heartrate too high and he is asymptomatic until he gets a cough and then boom he can nopt get enough breath.

He was ventolated at 4 months (June time) due to a viral respitory infection and then again a month later. He turned 3 last month.

Does anyone have any experiance of this?

Many Thanks
