I had bloods done recently due to exhaustion, I had an AKI (Acute kidney injury) a year and a half ago and since then some protein in my urine and most recently traces of blood.

I have been tested for UTI and nothing showing, I do have itchy skin and puffy eyelids which I'm not sure if all is related.

All the below tests have come back borderline with action noted down as shown below but I have not been contacted further.

Your ferritin is low. Mine is also 33, and while this is considered normal on the NHS, a GP who I follow on Instagram says that for hair growth it needs to be at least 50, ideally 70! Because mine is considered normal, I take iron bisglycinate, which I buy on amazon. I'm not sure what my current levels are, but I do feel a bit better.
