Can I take a decongestant with hayfever tablet

Not sure what is wrong with me. I started with itching eyes and sneezing on thursday and assumed it was hayfever. My sneezing has got alot worse, eyes have too etc BUT I have sore throat and my bath teeth are aching really really badly (usually I get neuralgia with a cold)

So I don't know if it is hayfever, or, hayfever and a bit of cold, needless to say, I feel shocking and will be in bed at the same time as the dd's.

What I want to know is, can I take a decongestant tablet as well as my hayfever tablet (zirtex)

anti histamines work in the opposite way to decongestants, so stop taking the antihistamine first and see if it helps. I asked the dr about this as I take antihistamines every day year around.
