Abdominal pain - IBS? Cysts? Gastric?

Hello - wondered if anyone had similar and what it turned out to be...

Started about 6 weeks ago with what felt like period pains every evening. Its really ramped up in past couple of weeks and feels like at any point - period pain, bowel pain, bloating, loose stools and now constipation. Sometimes it's more lower - other times mid abdomen with a hungry feeling which makes me think ulcer, but it's not really burning. Worse in evening and seems to come on 3 hours after eating.

Had an ultrasound yesterday, sonographer said no immediate red flags and needs to review, but thought both ovaries looked slightly enlarged which wasn't typical - would usually be just one mid cycle. CA125 normal. Very low ferritin (5!), which I know can be red flag, but have heavy-ish periods. hg just normal. Negative coeliac.

I know no one can diagnose - I need to speak to GP again and get the full US results - then I'm guessing push for a colonoscopy if it doesn't look like gynae cause. But any reassurance/insight in the meantime? Possible remedies? Does it sound like IBS? I have always had a sensitive bowel (eg certain foods/stress = bloating and loose BMS) but this feels totally different.

TIA

You could try over the counter IBS medication like Buscopan and see if it helps?
Have you also been checked for Crohn's?

Thanks for replying - i've tried Buscopan which doesn't seem to help, not tested for Crohn's that may be part of next steps.
