I'm at a loss, for about a month now i've had on and off side pain and gastro symptoms. I've already had a pelvic ultrasound which was clear (as I keep having blood streaked discharge between periods).
My gastro symptoms are the most bothersome. Last night I couldn't sleep for feeling so bloated, the right side of my abdomen felt so tender to the touch, almost to appendix type pain. When I pressed I could feel all these air bubbles/wind getting moved around. I felt like I had to pass wind but had to strain in order to do so.
Today I'm left with this dull stitch pain that radiates into my back and reflux (which I dont usually get).
Any thoughts on what it could be? I'm getting so stressed trying to figure it out.
