Deep pelvic pain and pressure?

Just wondering if anyone knows what this could be? I’ve got awful pain in my pelvis, both sides and deep in the middle.
It’s like an intense pressure and cramp. Best way to describe is like the first stages of labour?

Came on suddenly about 2 hours ago. I’m 32 if that helps?

There are a few things it could be. Id get it checked out if it continues. Has otc pain relief helped with the pain or do you need something stronger?

This sounds how my endometriosis pain can sometimes present, but it's so different for everyone that it is best checked out
