Blood results, anything look weird?

I got these through on my NHS App and it says abnormal on like all of my results, my doctor is not available until the end of the week and I am concerned.

Everything looks fine in terms of ranges but no entry against full blood count which may have just triggered the abnormal report - try not to worry probably lab error
