Eczema on palm of hand

Hi there. I have had eczema on the palm of my dominant hand for years. I have tried various steroid creams which helps initially however the eczema always returns. I am now at the stage where I am unable to do any cleaning, washing, food prep etc without pain or bleeding even when I wear a protective glove. Just wondering if anyone has experienced similar and could offer any advice on how to clear this up once and for all? Many thanks x

I use heavy duty moisturising hemp cream from the Body Shop (it's called Heavy-Duty Body Moisture Protector). I seem to recall it being £20 a tub. Any time my hands start flaring up, I use it several times a day and the eczema is completely gone after 2 weeks. It doesn't return unless some change in my environment triggers it.

I had eczema all my over my hands for several years, tried steroid creams to no success. The Body Shop hemp butter was the only thing that worked. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Try Aleppo soap instead of whatever you currently use. The Laurel oil seems to help
