off to ILs tomorrow

was thinking of popping babylicioyus cubes into a tupperware and microwaving it when we get there (i.e. it will hav at least partly defrosted)

as long as it's heated well, should be fine, no?

should be fine

Will be fine; same as defrosting it at home. Just because it's defrosting on a journey doesn't matter

I am doing exactly the same thing. Off to in-laws tonight! Have done it several times before with no ill effect, just make sure you don't refreeze and heat thoroughly when you get there.

thanks all

peasoup - thy are cook-from-frozen, so you wouldn't normally defrost them
