I’m a bit of a clean freak and usually always on the lookout for things like cold sores etc .
today I was putting moisturiser on my face and then realised I had touched my mouth and then my eyes. The reason I panicked is because I noticed the start of a small cold sore on the corner of my mouth.
I quickly wiped my eyes with some cleanser and cotton pads but feeling really worried I may have spread it to my eyes.
am I freaking out a bit too much?
