I am nearly 27 and still get really bad spots. I would have thought I'd have grown out of it by now. Admittedly, I suffer from an insatiable desire to squeeze them which probably doesn't help, but at any one time I seem to have at least three really big ugly blemishes on my face. I eat lots of fruit and veg, exercise regularly, drink water, never wear foundation, always wash my face so really don't know what more I could do. Am I destined to look like this forever?!

me too, I have scarring all over my face becasue of it also :-( If you go down the doctors route they can prescribe topical anitbiotics then if that doesn't work a long course of oral antibiotics there is even a superdrug that dermatologists can proscribe if all of that fails.
also doing the basics like clerasil night and day and witch hazel cream has helped me a lot too.
