red spots on hands - is it possible to get hand, foot and mouth disease twice?

The last couple of days I've noticed these tiny red spots popping up on my hands - not loads, only about 4 now in total. But they're a bit itchy and like pinpricks/mini blisters.

I actually had hand, foot and mouth disease last year which was sort of similar, but the doctor was surprised as it's supposed to be a kid's illness and anyway, could I get it twice?

Or any other idea what it could be?

Oh jesus, just found this on NHS website:

"There is also some evidence to suggest that, in very rare cases, catching hand, foot and mouth disease during your pregnancy may result in miscarriage. The risk of this happening is extremely small, but it is always best for you to contact your GP if you suspect you may have developed the condition during your pregnancy."

I'm never out of that doctors at the moment.
