DD 22 months only sick at night!

She's fine through the day and then sick around 12 or 1am for the last 3 nights. Could this be a stomach bug even though it's not affecting her in the day?

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

Yes. Had exactly this scenario with DD at 18 months. A course of antibiotics stopped it in its tracks.

So you think it's something I should see the GP about. Was your dd being sick for long?
