OK.

I am currently on heavy duty ABs for a deep seated shest infection.
Sat/Sun/Mon I was hitting 39
Temp has now settled back dwon to normal - 36.6-37 on an ear thermometer.

But this morning I have the sensation of a fever (feeling hot and sweaty) but I am recording 35.8-36.4 on the thermometer.

Any ideas why?

I think this is quite normal - it means that the measures your body is taking to keep cool are working so you aren't building up heat. Plus I get this alot with chest infections - the coughing can make you very hot and clammy. I'm like it at the moment too. Get well soon!
