Orthopedic surgeon recommendation South-East

Hello! Can anyone please recommend a fantastic private orthopedic surgeon (or not a surgeon but orthopedic specialist) please? My 12 year old has been diagnosed with tibial tortion but I’m looking for a second opinion and any corrective/treatment options as we haven’t been offered any. Thank you!
