I had a PE at the start of the year and am on Equalis. I have really noticed the difference when the weather is humid in how much I can do when walking. On days where it's over 80% I can barely make a tea and go up and down stairs without needing to sit for an hour to re-stabilise, for example.
We out for a walk this morning and it's about 68% here, so not as bad, but after about three thousand steps I felt like I had done a Cross Country run, burning at the top of my lungs (PE was at bottom of left lung) and really struggling. It felt like the middle of my chest was stinging and I could barely breathe.
Is this part of the PE or something else? I have only been put on the thinners for 3 months and the end date is coming up and tbh I am scared that this is a sign I should be on them for longer.
Anyone have any advice?
