What are these marks/spots? Molluscum?

Hello, my daughter has these spots on her leg, any ideas what they are? I have been using hydrocortisone and also canestan (incase fungal). She has had molluscum contagiosum before but I'm sure it didn't start like this? Thank you

Discoid eczema maybe, could have been triggered by using the hydrocortisone or canesten, they're pretty powerful topical ointments, were they prescribed by a doctor? Could also be a reaction to something.
I'd recommend visit your local pharmacist and see if they can identify it, if it gets worse go to the GP

Thank you, they came out of the blue so definitely not from using creams, and she's an older child so had many years of trial and error with creams px by GP, plus I am a Nurse, but just thought I'd ask on here before making an appointment as I was a little baffled!! 😀 just read up on Discoid eczema and I don't think it's that, it's not itchy and the spots are very small.
