What is this weird rash? (Pic included)

Anybody have any idea what this is? I just noticed it yesterday, it's like tiny pinpricks but in this rectangular pattern. Not painful or itchy, don't think it's heat rash as it's constant and very localised. Size wise it's a little smaller than a matchbox. Any ideas much appreciated!

It's on my lower stomach btw if that makes any difference. Appreciate the pic isn't super clear but the spots are like tiny pinpricks/freckles

It could possibly be a herald patch which is the start of pityritis roscea (sp?)
It’s the only thing I think it possibly resembles. Have you been off colour with a sore throat and fatigue?

I do have a sore throat yes, I've never heard of this but will look into it, thanks for the input
