Right sided stomach and rib pain?

Hi this might be a long one.
A few months ago I started with pain in my right rib and back, very similar to gallbladder pain, I had that out a year ago though, Multiple blood tests showed high ESR and CRP levels, the pain is now constant and also in my right hip and stomach. I have no idea what this is and the doctors keep telling me to wait for a scan and I'm scared and sore, I have no idea what this could be, it's got so much worse, I've also gained weight rapidly, would I be silly to see out of hours? Does anyone know what this could be?

I’ve had a pain under my rib since having my gallbladder removed. I had a scan which was clear as were all blood tests.

I have so many muscle cramps and aches and pains that I didn’t have before gallbladder removal (September 23) but there doesn’t appear to be a reason for it.
