Heart skipping beats and leg spasms

Yesterday and today my heart has been beating fast on and off, and randomly skipping beats. Every so often I will get a weird spasm in my leg along with it. Is this something to be concerned about?

Depends upon why it’s happening. Anaemia can cause it, as can peri menopause, alcohol, caffeine.

Try taking magnesium glycinate.

Magnesium deficiency can cause both

Pop to the GP for bloods. Could be nothing. I had this perimenopause was horrible.

Is your heart racing fast and won't slow down? If so best get it checked out op be on the safe side, could be nothing, could need a hospital trip 😁
