Need some guidance - I have a 5 month old and am breastfeeding. I’ve had a cold (thanks to my 4 year old) and lost my voice & now today my ear has blocked and is painful. Obviously I can’t take decongestants as breastfeeding but any suggestions what I can do to help the blocked ear and pain?
Also we go on holiday in 8 days and I’m worried if it’s still blocked the flight will make it worse !
