noisy breathing in a 2yo... wait and see or go to the docs?

In the last couple of days I've noticed dd's breathing is noisy, not quite rattly, more a horse in and out noise when she's been running about/jumping on the sofa!

It's not really causing her any problems, just worrying me, any suggestions on how worried I should be? Am trying here first, as docs appts are like gold dust...

If you phone the docs round here and mention breathing difficulties, spare appointments miraculously appear. Worth a try?

Thanks Onlyaphase.

I managed to get a telephone appt, and spoke to a doctor, who thinks she is just brewing a cold but because of the family history of asthma, we will be up there tomorrow...
