ZOE health - any real life experiences

Hi all,

Is anyone able to share any experiences of using ZOE health?

I suppose like a lot of parents who have moved into their 40s I am become more concious about my long term health, and what I put into my body! ZOE has some great claims about changing peoples lives but I am a little sceptical about the marketing vs the actual real life experiences.

I know there are definitely certain foods that don't agree with me but reading some of the reviews (on the ZOE website I may add) there are many saying this goes beyond just cutting out certain foods but the way your body reacts to certain timing of foods, bllod spikes and even finding some foods that claim to be 'good' for us can be the opposite for some people!

Anyway it would be good to (hopefully) hear some experiences. Thanks

I have several friends who have done it & they become incredibly boring & obsessed with the whole thing. I can't help but think that something so very expensive is kind of out of place in this cost of living crisis where some people can't afford to eat, let alone monitor their every spike of blood sugar.
My friend has lost quite a bit of weight doing it, but I guess it's just the motivation she needed to eat sensibly.
