Benign features on lump scanned lipoma ?

Hi everyone any help had a lump I found scanned and it says hypoechoic lump with benign features. If it was a lipoma they say they are not hypoechoic any
Advice

My sons had an ultrasound scan and it says indeterminate but benign appearing subcatenous fat mass. Still going to a pediatric surgeon to get it tested
