Hoping for some reassurance this is normal. I swabbed positive for glandular fever 8 weeks ago. Got over initial illness and after 4 weeks resumed things as normal. Symtoms started again, went back to doctors who said if you do too much too quickly u can get a flare up. Fast forward 2 weeks and symptoms have flared up again but this time i have been doing literally nothing. It always the same symptoms that start, feeling dizzy, rock hard swollen glands in neck and night sweats. Then develop a cough and headache in couple days. Is it normal to have several flare ups in say first 6 months post infection or is this likely to be something else and not related to glandular fever?
