Discovered a lump on my shin area on leg

Hi everyone this morning I was rubbing my left shin and I noticed this lump under my skin on my shin area it's soft movable and a little soft when I press down I also felt the other shin on my left side and I felt a little lump too but a very very small one not as big as on my right shin. got a little worked out and booked a morning private ultrasound to rule out anything bec doctor google was telling me the worst

So the ultrasound scanner said it doesn't look concerning on her end and it's a lipoma i'm still kind of worried because I've never felt it before I have been working out and lost a lot of weight so maybe it's been there but have realised

Has anyone had any experience or any advice please

Friend was just diagnosed with a lipoma on her thumb. Doc said she could have it removed, but it wasn't necessary unless it bothered her. She's leaving it alone.

But the report says a benign hypoechoic lump and when I googled it scared me 😒

It doesn't really state anything about lipoma really it just says not excluding lipoma

It says benign lump. It means they aren't worried about it.
