What are these red marks and can I remove them

Past month I seem to be getting more and more of these over my torso. I've attached 2 images to show what I mean. Is there a way to prevent these? Get rid of them? They're size of freckles and small moles.

I think these are cherry angioma. They are harmless. No idea if/how they can be removed though.

Ah yes think you're right with a Google! Never heard or seen these before but they seem to be really common. That's making me feel less conscious about them now. Thank you

They are Campbell de Morgan spots. Totally normal, of no significance and unfortunately you are stuck with them.

Campbell de Morgan spots. Unfortunately a sign of ageing, but also of liver disease (often in heavy drinkers).
Nothing you can do at home. You can pay for laser treatment.
