I hit the side of my head really hard on the corner of the kitchen table. It hurt a lot but nothing else happened. Still I'm worrying now that there might be some damage, that I'll get a brain hemorrhage or something. Tell me to stop being silly!

OH GOD! That's my crap mouse, not double vision!

Threadworm · 31/03/2008 19:52

Is double-posting a bit like double vision after concussion?

berolina · 31/03/2008 19:53

oh I'm sorry em

you'll be fine, but if you're concerned you could get dh to wake you at some point tonight - if he manages it and you don't seem overly out of it all will be fine.

(will email later )

Thanks everyone. I just looked at my lovely children and had morbid thoughts of "how quickly I could be gone and what would become of them"

Terrible side affect from hitting ones head you know... double posting...

emkana, you are being silly. If you have no symptoms at all, no nausea, no headache ( other than it hurting where you hit it ) not visual disturbance, then I'd be odds on that you are fine! If you get really really worried, just go to your GP in the morning, and they'll have a look in your eyes, ears, and do a quick neuro examination.

HTH?
