Weird pain in neck and chin

Today I've been getting a wrong d up and I'm lain iny neck/jaw area that comes round to my chin. It's really sore. Not a constant pain, it comes and goes but when it comes it actually really hurts! No swelling or injuries I can think off. What could it be? Obviously I'll go toy GP if it continues, but I hav major health anxiety and I'm terrified it's something really bad, I'll not be able to sleep tonight. Anyone know what it could b? Or had it before?

In which case it could just be tension. I get a horrible knot in one shoulder and a pain that spreads to my neck and chin when I’m wound up. It goes. You could try a microwave heat pack, hot water bottle, warm bath and some ibuprofen.
