What pills/vits are a good 'pick me up'?

Not feeling ill, just generally knackered. Tired when get out of bed and ready for baed at 10pm. Lethargic and no energy.

Any reccommendations?

I have felt much better since taking co-enzyme q-10.
But also:
Are you drinking enough water?
Are you doing/could yo bear to do some regular light excerise - say 15 mins brisk walk per day - always gives me more energy

Mazzy I drink litres of water every day. I also gym 3 times a week and do boxacise.

Supossed to be gymming it tonight but feel knackered!

What is co enzyme 10?

hmm, maybe you are doing too much?!!

i am bit rusty on the science part but it is something to do with helping the body to access energy from food, supports liver function and is an antioxidant. I noticed quite a marked difference in energy levels when I first started taking it.

you sound like you are quite into the healthy lifestyle thing, so is there maybe somthing that is giving you stress atm, ie cause of tiredness mental rather than physical?

also maybe an excuse for truip to see a reflexologist or somthing nice an nuturing!

B vitamins best for energy.

Eating enough carbs if you are exercising. Good sleep and water.

B vits and seeds help my energy levels... Have a bowl of sunflower seeds, linseeds, flaxeeds etc around and grab a handful every now and again. Not the tastiest things in the world though ...
