Burning / pin like sensations in legs

Yesterday I had what felt a bit like pins and needles but a bit more painful, almost like little electric shock / pin pricks. It went after a few minutes and thought nothing of it.

24 hours later it's happened a couple more times and in my left hand as well.

Anybody else experience this and what did it turn out to be?

A pinched nerve in your neck somewhere?

I think everybody has this from time to time. Nerve twinges... can be due to tension or a twist or a bruise or sitting/sleeping awkwardly... like pins and needles. I'd see a doctor if it carries on, but for a few days I wouldn't worry.
